Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Parkway Connect website at parkwayconnect.com (the “Website”) and the services we provide, including study abroad consulting, scholarship guidance, education charity programs, career coaching, and international recruitment support (together, the “Services”). “Parkway Connect”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Parkway Connect and its advisors in Canada and Vietnam. By using the Website or the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services on your own behalf. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review these Terms, agree to them on your behalf, and take part in any consultation or agreement with us.

2. Our Services

  • Education & study abroad: advice on study destinations, schools, programs, and application and visa preparation for Canada, the USA, the UK and Europe, Singapore, and other destinations.
  • Scholarship guidance: help with finding scholarships and preparing applications.
  • Education charity: charity projects, student sponsorship, and partnership or donation programs.
  • Career coaching: high school consulting, skills booster programs, career matching, and internship insights.
  • Recruitment: information about international job openings and support with job applications.

The scope, fees, and timeline of paid Services are set out in a separate service agreement or written quotation. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the service agreement applies.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We give advice and support based on our experience and the information available to us. Final decisions on admissions, scholarships, study permits, visas, work permits, and employment are made by schools, scholarship providers, government authorities, and employers. We do not guarantee that you will be admitted to a school, awarded a scholarship, issued a visa or permit, or offered a job.

Unless we state otherwise in writing, Parkway Connect is not a licensed immigration consultant or lawyer, and our Services are not immigration or legal advice. For immigration or legal matters, please consult a licensed professional, such as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) or a lawyer.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Give us information and documents that are true, complete, and up to date.
  • Do not submit forged, altered, or misleading documents. We may stop providing Services immediately if we find false information, and we will not refund fees in that case.
  • Meet the deadlines and requirements of schools, scholarship providers, authorities, and employers, and pay any fees they charge directly to you.
  • Tell us promptly about any change that may affect your application.

5. Fees, Payments and Refunds

Initial consultations may be free or paid, as stated at the time of booking. Fees for paid Services, payment schedules, and refund conditions are set out in your service agreement or quotation. Unless that document says otherwise, fees already paid for work we have started or completed are not refundable. Application fees, tuition, visa fees, test fees, and other third-party charges are paid to those third parties and are not controlled or refunded by us.

6. Donations and Sponsorships

Donations and student sponsorships made through our education charity programs are voluntary. We use them for the program or purpose described at the time of your contribution. Unless required by law or agreed in writing, donations are not refundable. Parkway Connect is not a registered charity unless we state otherwise in writing, so donations may not be eligible for a tax receipt.

7. Forms and Job Applications

When you submit a consultation request, contact form, or job application (including a resume), you confirm that the information is yours or that you have permission to share it. You agree that we may contact you by email, phone, or messaging apps about your request. For job applications, you agree that we may share your information with the relevant employer or recruiting partner for that opening. We cannot guarantee that an employer will review or respond to an application.

8. Privacy

We collect and use personal information only to provide and improve our Services, and we handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. We protect our forms against spam with Google reCAPTCHA, and your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

9. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and program materials, belongs to Parkway Connect or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell, or distribute it without our written permission.

Information on the Website, such as program details, tuition, scholarship amounts, job openings, and requirements, is for general guidance only. It can change without notice. Always confirm current details with the school, scholarship provider, authority, or employer.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
  • send spam, malware, or automated submissions through our forms;
  • try to get unauthorized access to the Website, its servers, or its data;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your connection with any person or organization.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may link to third-party websites, such as schools, scholarship providers, government agencies, employers, and social media. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parkway Connect is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of opportunity, income, or tuition, arising from your use of the Website or the Services, or from decisions made by third parties. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Parkway Connect against claims, losses, and costs that result from false information you gave us or from your breach of these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when we publish it on this page, and the “Last updated” date shows when it was last changed. If you continue to use the Website or the Services after an update, you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You agree that the courts of Alberta have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, unless the law of your country of residence gives you a right to bring the claim elsewhere.
