Bachelor of Science – Forensic Science

The Forensic Science program combines multiple scientific disciplines within a legal context to solve real-world investigative questions and support public safety. Taught by faculty who are active practitioners and researchers in their respective fields, the program provides students with rigorous scientific education and practical application.

Graduates are prepared for professional careers in forensic investigation, evidence analysis, or further studies in specialized scientific disciplines and law.

Minimum Education Level: High School / Grade 12 completion

Minimum Academic Average: 80.0%

Language Proficiency Tests (Mandatory):

• IELTS: 6.5 minimum

• Duolingo: 120 minimum

*Applicants may apply for conditional admission without language scores (by completing prerequisite English courses prior to the academic program), but valid test results or course completion must be provided before receiving a final offer letter. International Excellence Scholarships
High-achieving international undergraduate applicants are automatically considered for renewable entrance scholarships based on academic performance.

Total Award Value: $10,000 – $60,000 CAD (Distributed over up to 4 years)

Eligibility Highlights: Open exclusively to full-time international students pursuing their first undergraduate degree at the Sudbury campus.

Scholarship Value Tiers:

90% – 100% Admission Average: $15,000 in Year 1 (Up to $60,000 total)

80% – 89.9% Admission Average: $10,000 in Year 1 (Up to $40,000 total)

Renewal requires maintaining full-time enrollment (at least 30 credits per academic year) and a minimum 80% academic average.
