Program overview
The Law and Justice program provides a broad critical understanding of legal and judicial institutions, viewing law as a complex human and social phenomenon. Distinct from traditional law school practice, the interdisciplinary curriculum examines legal issues through perspectives in history, Indigenous studies, philosophy, political science, psychology, and sociology. Law is also recognized by the Ontario Ministry of Education as a teachable subject.
