Program overview

The Immigration and Refugee Case Management one-year (two-term) Ontario College Graduate Certificate program provides specialized legal, administrative, and software training to support licensed immigration lawyers and Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs). Delivered in a flexible, asynchronous online format, the curriculum blends immigration and citizenship law knowledge with legal office administration.

Through mock interviews, case-based role-play, virtual tours, and workplace simulations, students gain hands-on operational practice managing case files and software tools (including legal accounting and case management platforms).
