Program overview

The Bachelor of Arts in Sport Psychology is the only program of its kind in Canada offered in French. Delivered in partnership with the Department of Psychology and the School of Kinesiology and Health Sciences, it provides a multidisciplinary approach to how psychological factors impact athletic performance and how sports participation influences mental and physical well-being.

Students gain practical experience through hands-on community internships working alongside athletes, coaches, teachers, and health consultants on performance enhancement, injury rehabilitation, team dynamics, and career transitions. This program serves as a pathway toward graduate studies in education, psychology, or human kinetics.
